To big? this is 16 " (195-45/16")and some of the geys here drive around with 17"(205-40/17").
And as far as i know , there are some geys in Ireland that have 18 "(205-35/18")rims...

So no i don't think this is to big maybe to small

And everybody else, Thank yuo for the warm welcome.. :D :D

vdsracing probably means too big it terms of speed loss. You may lossing some top speed or acceleration compared with 14" or 15" wheels.

Yes that is what I meant.I prefer my car to be good for acceleration and cornering rather than just looking good.If I had installed 15' wheels to my 8v then I would even be slower than a citroen 2cv!!!

Here in greece "street racing" is a very common "sport" and we try to keep our cars...race ready! What about your country?

No, not here in Holland.
No racing here, there are some geys that do streetracing but not the punto geys..
Yes when you are at a stoplight than you pull out some cars but not on a "forbiden straatrace".
The police is always in the way here, if trhere is a streetrace here then the are here within 5 minutes.
And the penalty for these races are very hi to, so no "illegal streetraces for me".

ANd yes i understand that if you put big rims on the car that it slowns the car down but i have a sporting with 82 HP so that and much to.
And most of the poeple here can't drive so almost every time i'm faster than the other car, hihihhi
Even with 16"....
Speed is not so very importend for me, i like the looks more...

Greets Joey
