Very nice indeed...! One question though... The halo rings are installed onto the driving lights, as well as the fog lights. So when you have your driving lights on, the rings aren't as visible right..? Wouldn't it be better to make one halo ring onto the inner light..? I know this is a drag, but what if we could cut the exsisting inner light and placed another cluster with a halo ring on it... Something like the one in the picture above...

You should see them before you judge them, But oké, There are several options how to place the rings.
This option I choose for is for the material Neon the best. This way Both rings are placed the same on youre headlight unit.

The way you describe it, Won't Fit.
I have taken a Punto MK2 headlight to measure sizes off the rings, and check for possibilities.

I must say, If you don't have Xenon You will definitely see them.
I also sell these rings for Calibra.
Sold many sets for Calibra, have not found on that could fotograph these Rings in the dark correct, all because they are to damned bright.

My friend Sebastian, I did not judge your work on the lights...! I really like them on the car. I had seen another installation like yours on the internet from a guy in USA who did the exact same thing on his Civic. The only difference was that he used clear rods which he bended and leds. It was a DIY installation. So you sell these rings...? And how much are they...? Maybe you could do a bulk price for PuntoClub...
As you may know, Greece is the country with the most "Max'd" Puntos in the world...! There could be a great opportunity for your business here...!

Have you had any problems regarding the water-tightness of the modified headlights? Its known that the water-tightness of the punto's headlights is not the best possible. After a heavy rain usually there is a lot of humidity forming inside the headlight.
What is the magnitude of the voltage that the angel-eyes rings need in order to work? Is it ac or dc?
Does the inverter have a degree of protection (IP code)?
And last question...is the temrinal block that you are using protected from humidity in any way?
Sorry if all these questions are too technical...just answer anything you know.

Its known that the water-tightness of the punto's headlights is not the best possible. After a heavy rain usually there is a lot of humidity forming inside the headlight.
Have you had any problems regarding the water-tightness of the modified headlights?
I know off these problems. My first test person had loads off troubles with moisture. After sealing the glass to the headlight unit as stated in the manual his problems where 90% less, So a better result. Half the problems however come from the back, and there wil not be any mods on the back. So you won't get rid off all the problems, they stay for the back the same.

What is the magnitude of the voltage that the angel-eyes rings need in order to work? Is it ac or dc?
Angeleyes work on 12V DC Just like Car batteries

Does the inverter have a degree of protection (IP code)?
NOt that I know, can chack that, but sold over 400 Sets for Calibra, had not 1 mallfunctioning unit. They do their job well

And last question...is the terminal block that you are using protected from humidity in any way?
Waterproof coverd with aluminium housing.
